Paignton
To Brixham from Paignton take this road then just before the traffic lights before Windy Corner take a left by the shop's and then keep going down to the carpark.Here you'll get alot of people in there car's to watch or you could walk to the grassy headland between Broadsand's Beach and Elbury Cove and there you will get some dogging action.
